Celtic Goddess Danu Figurine

Celtic Goddess Danu Figurine

£55.00Price

Danu is the most ancient of the Celtic Gods. She is referred to as the mother of the Irish gods, which infers that she was a Mother Goddess. Often associated with rivers, symbolising fertility and abundance, here she is seen wearing a cloak featuring the Celtic Tree of Life below the symbol of the Triple Moon. She holds a bowl filled with water that is cascading over the edges, while a fish leaps forward on her right side.

Danu has been cast in the finest polyresin before being given a bronze finish. She stands at 22.5cm tall and weighs around 1kg.
