Witch Heart ~ Anti-Anxiety

My twist on the traditional Witch Ball, created to bring stillness and peace to your mind, especially during times of stress.
 
This beautiful glass heart measures 9cm x 9cm at its widest point, and is filled with relevant crystal chips, dried flowers and herbs, all hand picked for their properties to bring peace and calm to your mind. I finished the heart with a triquetra charm, a protective symbol, and a brown ribbon - a protective and negativity absorbing colour. I do not bless my creations as I feel that is best done by the recipient, their energy is different to mine and they may have something more specific that they wish to attract.
 
Witch Balls were originally clear glass balls filled with shiny things to attract negative spirits, they were also filled with things like rusty nails, so once a negative spirit entered the ball it was trapped and thus your home was safe. Traditionally they were hung in an east facing window, but today we hang them wherever we see fit.
 
You do not need any prior experience with spell work or manifestation etc to use this, simply sit quietly with the heart in your hands for a few minutes and sense a wave of calm serenity washing over you, sit with the feeling for a little while, then, when you're finished, hang the ball in an environment where you spend a lot of time, or where you are prone to feeling anxiety.
