Faerie Blessings Witch Heart

My twist on the traditional Witch Ball - a Faerie Heart to bestow fae blessings on you and your home.
 
This beautiful glass heart measures approximately 9cm x 9cm at its widest point, and is filled with relevant crystal chips, dried flowers and herbs, all hand picked for their properties to encourage and appease Fae Folk. I finished the heart with a tree charm and light green ribbon. I do not bless my creations as I feel that is best done by the recipient, their energy is different to mine and they may have something more specific that they wish to attract.
 
Witch Balls were originally clear glass balls filled with shiny things to attract negative spirits, they were also filled with things like rusty nails, so once a negative spirit entered the ball it was trapped and thus your home was safe. Traditionally they were hung in an east facing window, but today we hang them wherever we see fit. 
 
No prior experience with spell work is necessary, simply sit quietly with the heart in your hands, focusing on your desire to respectfully commune with and receive blessings from the Fae. Once you are done hang the heart somewhere where it will see nature - perhaps a conservatory or window overlooking a garden or trees.
