Refund Policy
Refunds are unavailable on custom made orders unless their is a fault, in which case please contact me to find a resolution that we can both be happy with.
On non custom orders, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me in the first instance, if you wish to have a refund then the purchase must be returned in the same brand new condition in which it was sent. Once I have received the item back in this condition I will issue a refund.
If there is a problem with your order, i.e. you believe it to be faulty or broken then please contact me with photographs and again we can come to a resolution. Please give me the opportunity to put right any problems.
