Anxiety Banishing Spell Set

I put together this simple Spell Set to help banish anxiety - please be aware that this is not designed to replace the need for medical assistance, but rather to help with mild anxiety during stressful times.
 
The bottle is filled with dried herbs, dried flowers and crystal chips, all selected for their properties to reduce anxiety and promote calm. Also included is an Amazonite tumbled stone, as it has such calming and supportive properties. The small clay tile has been hand crafted by myself and is for you to pop essential or fragrance oil on - good choices would be Thyme, Rosewood or Petitgrain - just a couple of drops will be enough. 
 
You do not need any previous experience with spell work to use this set - simply choose a time when your mind can be still and when you won't be disturbed. Lay out the set, pop a few drops of your chosen oil on the tile, light a candle if you wish, hold the Amazonite in your hands and close your eyes. Concentrate on your breathing and allow your mind to drift a little, if negative thoughts enter just acknowledge them and then let them go. I find it helpful to imagine myself somewhere I associate with peace and calm - the woods are my go to - and I invoke all the smells and sounds that go with that location. If it's the sea, then I hear a gentle lapping against the shore and the cool water washing over my feet. Holding the Amazonite stone in your hands as you visualise can really help. It's about taking yourself away from the place where you feel stress or anxiety - a little like self hypnosis.
 
You can use this set as many times as you wish and if you have an Altar then that is a good place to keep it. The bottle measures approximately 7cm including the cork and the set comes in a linen drawstring bag.
