Spell Set for Sleep & Dreams

I put together this simple Spell Set to help you sleep better, banish nightmares, and, if required, aid astral travel.
 
The bottle is filled with dried herbs, dried flowers and crystal chips, all selected for their properties to boost dreams and astral travel and to aid restful sleep. Also included is a Blue Goldstone tumbled stone, a stone reminiscent of a stary night sky. The small clay tile has been hand crafted by myself and is for you to pop essential or fragrance oil on - good choices would be Jasmine, Clary Sage or Sandalwood - just a couple of drops will be enough. 
 
You do not need any previous experience with spell work to use this set - simply choose a time when your mind can be still and when you won't be disturbed, for this set then just before bed would be ideal. Lay out the set, pop a few drops of your chosen oil on the tile, light a candle if you wish, hold the Goldstone in your hands, and close your eyes. In your mind's eye see yourself drifting off into a peaceful sleep, filled with pleasant dreams, then see yourself awaken refreshed. If you are interested or somewhat accomplished in astral travel then you can visualise yourself asleep and rising from your bed, embarking on a journey into other realms, this would be best done as you drift off to sleep.
 
You can use this set as many times as you wish and if you have an Altar then that is a good place to keep it. The bottle measures approximately 7cm including the cork and the set comes in a linen drawstring bag.
