The Ever Changing Face of Life

Currently most of the world is in lock down and everyone is having to practice social distancing when they do go out - it's all so strange and it all happened so fast! To me it reflects the ever changing face of life, that you just do not know what's around the corner, it could be something awesome, but equally it could be something that really knocks you off course. We need to learn to go with the flow of life, to not expect too much and not plan too much, because we cannot always see where our current path is taking us and sometimes we need a push back onto the right path - this can sometimes seem cataclysmic, but it's always necessary.

Today I have been reminded of how things can change very quickly and the heart break those changes can bring, how something so cherished and dear can simply slip away. Sadly this lock down is not helping as I cannot be with the person who's heart is breaking, but it reminds me of how important my words are, how powerful they are and how we can all help and comfort each other by using the right words.

These are definitely challenging times on many levels, but they are encouraging us to be kind to each other and that can only lead to good x
